The 2012 PALS Report includes all Aleph Subsystem Reports, news relating to PALS products and services, and recent activities of the various Task Forces and Office Teams. Highlights include updates to many reports and tables, the MnPALS Plus mobile website, and a new web interface for patron booking.

Topics discussed include updating the ILL Policy, direct borrowing and courier services, and elections: Craig Larson (North Hennepin Community College) agreed to extend his term to 2015. Peter Jarnstrom was elected by vote to serve again (with the stipulation that this will be his last term).
