2011-10 User Group Meeting Reports Work Group Highlights 2010-2011

Over the course of the year, the Reference User Group changed its name to the Reference and Instruction User Group. The Cataloging User Group changed its governance structure to have three representatives from any two-year institution on the steering committee, rather than from a specific type of two-year institution.
